Field network
We assign directly. We pay on schedule.
Two roles: inspectors who document condition, and licensed agents who price property. Both are onboarded by us and assigned by us. Nothing is passed down a chain, and nobody takes a cut between your work and your check.
You see the fee first
Every assignment shows what it pays and what it requires before you accept it. No accepting blind and negotiating after the drive.
A posted pay cycle
Pay runs on a published schedule. If we ever miss one, you hear it from us first, with a date — you shouldn't have to chase an invoice.
A person, not a queue
You get a named contact who can answer a scope question while you're still sitting at the curb.
Role 01
Field inspectors
You drive routes and document what's there: occupancy, condition, damage, and repair progress. Work is order‑based and volume follows your coverage area, so the best routes are the ones nobody else wants to drive.

- Reliable vehicle and phoneCamera capable of geo‑tagged, timestamped photos
- Auto and general liability insuranceEvidenced and kept current
- A defined coverage areaThe counties and zips you'll actually drive, honestly stated
What the work is
- Photo disciplineRequired elevations and detail shots, clear and correctly geo‑tagged
- Accurate status callsOccupied, vacant, or undetermined — with the evidence to back it
- Respectful contactOccupant interactions handled by protocol; you disengage when told to
- On‑time submissionInside the SLA, complete the first time
Role 02

- Active real estate licenseIn good standing in the state where you'll accept assignments
- MLS accessCurrent, with the ability to pull sold and active comparables
- Genuine local knowledgeWe assign inside submarkets you actually work

- Clean conflict postureYou don't price what you're positioned to list or buy
- Accuracy that's trackedOpinions are measured against outcomes; strong panelists get more volume
