Privacy policy
Last updated: {{POLICY_DATE}}
This policy describes how {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} ("AOBPO," "we") handles information collected through aobpo.com and through our inspection and valuation services. Information we process on behalf of a client under a services agreement is governed by that agreement.
Information you submit through our forms — name, company, role, email, phone, coverage area, license details, and anything you write in a message field. From field professionals we also collect onboarding documentation such as background screening status, insurance evidence, and licensure. Our web host records standard technical data including IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
To respond to your inquiry, scope and price coverage, onboard and assign field professionals, deliver ordered services, meet client and regulatory obligations, and secure and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add form submissions to unrelated marketing lists.
Assignment data provided by clients is shared with the assigned field professional only to the extent needed to complete the order, and access ends when the assignment closes or the professional leaves our network. Completed reports, photographs, and supporting records are retained per the governing client agreement and applicable law.
Service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, background screening, and payment processing — under obligations consistent with this policy; the client who ordered the work; and any party we are legally required to disclose to. We do not share your information for third party advertising.
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted transmission and access limited by role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law or contract.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@aobpo.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. Where information was provided to us by a client, we will direct your request to that client.
{{COOKIE_PARAGRAPH — describe any analytics or session cookies actually in use, and how to opt out. If the site sets no cookies beyond what the host requires, say so here.}}
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We will post any revision here with an updated date. Questions go to privacy@aobpo.com or {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, {{ADDRESS_LINE_1}}, {{CITY_STATE_ZIP}}.
Placeholder notice for the site owner: this is a working draft structured for a mortgage field services and valuation vendor. Have counsel review it against your actual data flows, your state privacy obligations, and the terms of your client services agreements before launch, then delete this paragraph.
